Gift Certificates
Due to the pandemic and our gift certificates’ high cost, we are no longer offering them. Active gift cards are still valid, but we will no longer be selling new ones.
Ticket Policies
Children aged 5 to 12, students (with current school ID), and seniors over 65 are typically admitted at 20% off of the advance price (not available for advance purchase) of a Cedar presented show at the door of the show. Discounted admission is only available at the door of a Cedar presented show and is subject to advance sell out. Children under 5 years old are admitted free to most Cedar presented shows.
Credit card, cash, and checks are accepted at the door.
People of all ages are welcome to all events unless noted otherwise.
These admission policies reflect The Cedar’s belief that participation in arts and cultural programming should be a regular occurrence for people everywhere.

The Cedar has a no refund ticket policy, except for canceled or rescheduled shows.
For Canceled Shows: tickets purchased through Eventbrite over the phone with The Cedar, in-person at The Cedar, or online through thecedar.org and eventbrite.com:

Your original ticket will be honored for the new rescheduled date.
We understand that the rescheduled date might not work for everyone. We offer refunds for such circumstances for up to one month after the announce of the rescheduled date.
Some shows are guaranteed to be rescheduled however an exact date cannot be confirmed too many months in advance. Again, if you purchased a ticket for the original date, it will be honored for the new date once it is confirmed. If you cannot make it, you will have one month from the announce of the rescheduled date to ask for a refund by emailing tickets@thecedar.org.
