TAE & THE NEIGHBORLY

Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, TAE (writer/singer/guitarist/artist), utilizes the universal language of music as a vessel; with means to inspire social change, encourage exploration of inner dialogue, and to advocate for self love. TAE weaves between the genres and styles to mirror the topics on display, however, many of her original works are in the directions of Soul/ R&B/ Pop-Rock.
TAE has performed mainly as a one-woman-band since 2012, until she joined forces with four other creatives in 2020 (Which was also when her debut album “What Love Is” was released). This new project she has been working on {along side with Andy Welsch, Daniel Pingrey, David Blessent, and Kelvin Kaspar} is called TAE & The Neighborly. They were all neighbors, each one living alone on one floor of a five-story flat. Cake baking is a shared passion of the five member group, but in the sugar shortages early in the 2020 pandemic, they found themselves so continually knocking on each other's doors asking for a single cup of sugar that a group decision was made to all move in together and share cake-baking resources. And since everyone knows all good rhythms begin in the kitchen, it wasn’t before long that the group began to write and perform together across the nation.
Critics hail the group as “having more kick than a bagged-up mule” (Rotary Times) and their live show “...going down smoother than a can of [beans] warmed on the campfire” (Cowboy Gazette). All in all, if you are looking for a dense show that will give you more inspiration fuel for self lovin’, world changin’, and consideration havin’ meet them where the music is made to be shared.

BENEATH GREEN

Beneath Green is a 7 piece original horn band based out of Minneapolis, MN. Drawing influences from legendary artists such as Pink Floyd, Steely Dan, Billy Joel, and Chicago, their sound is groovy, accessible, and most importantly refreshing. With each member contributing their respective ingredient to the mix, the philosophy is simple: Beneath Green is about coming together to create one unique musical experience with the audience.
Formed during the height of the pandemic, the group got its start when members Nathan Loesch and Bridger Fruth decided to start putting some tunes together during the dog days of quarantine. What started as phone calls to pass time, quickly evolved into songwriting sessions, and the two soon realized that in order to record these songs, they would need to put together a band.
Beneath Green released their debut EP, titled Dusk / Dawn, in 2021, and their debut LP, titled Soldiers Line the Streets, in 2022. Following the release, Beneath Green performed a sold-out release show at KJ’s Hideaway, featuring their live orchestral quartet, live liquid lights, poetry, and live painting. Additionally, they have also recorded a live set with Flavor World Records, and are known for putting together interactive and highly immersive productions.
All of the members of Beneath Green are active freelance musicians. Some of the artists that Beneath Green has performed with, either as a band or freelance musicians, include St. Paul Peterson, Kiss The Tiger, Durry, Colin Bracewell, The Arcanes, Space Monkey Mafia, and Runaway Ricochet.
